The Cabinet will be asked to consider the proposed formal Council response to the consultation on the Great Barton Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 Submission Version.The response will include the outcome from examining whether there is a conformity between the Council’s strategic policies and the neighbourhood plan’s policies in order to ascertain whether the basic conditions have been met.

RESOLVED:

That:

1.       the Local Planning Authority’s response to the Regulation 16 Great Barton Neighbourhood Plan submission consultation, as set out in section 3 of Report No: CAB/WS/20/048, be approved; and

2.       delegated authority be given to the Service Manager (Strategic Planning), to make minor non-material consequential changes to the response, as necessary.
