Purpose:
The Cabinet will be asked to consider the recommendations of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee which arise from the Committee’s Task and Finish Group’s review of car parking in the Borough. Some of the financial implications will also require full Council approval via the Performance and Audit Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet as part of the budget setting process.

That the fifteen recommendations, as set out in Section 9 of the Car Parking Task and Finish Review Group Report, attached as Appendix 1 to Report No: OAS/SE/15/017, be approved.
