RESOLVED:

That the West Suffolk Annual Report 2015/2016, as contained in Appendix A to Report No CAB/FH/16/024, be approved (as amended), to incorporate the revisions recommended by St Edmundsbury Borough and Forest Heath District Councils’ Overview and Scrutiny Committees (as tabled at the Cabinet meeting held on 14 June 2016).

(The revisions proposed by the Overview and Scrutiny Committees are set out at the end of this Decisions Notice).

Further to the joint informal discussions held prior to the meeting with St Edmundsbury Borough Council’s Cabinet on Report No: CAB/FH/16/024 (Draft West Suffolk Annual Report 2015/2016), it was proposed, seconded and with the vote being unanimous, it was

RESOLVED:

That the West Suffolk Annual Report 2015/2016, as contained in Appendix A to Report No CAB/FH/16/024, be approved (as amended), to incorporate the revisions recommended by St Edmundsbury Borough and Forest Heath District Councils’ Overview and Scrutiny Committees (as tabled at the Cabinet meeting held on 14 June 2016).
