Decision:

As the decisions taken by Council on the revised set of recommendations tabled at its meeting immediately preceding the meeting of Cabinet (see ‘Reason(s) for Decision(s)’ column for Item 4 above) were not considered to be executive decisions in full or in part, the Cabinet was no longer required to endorse those decisions.

Minutes:

As a result of an amended recommendation resolved by Council, immediately prior to Cabinet, in respect of this item there was now no need for Cabinet to undertake a final decision in its Executive capacity in relation to this matter.
