Conversion of existing barn into Annexe (ii) Replacement of
existing shed with Carport
This application was referred to the
Development Control Committee as the applicant was related to the
Leader of Forest Heath District Council.
The Parish Council supported the application
and no comments had been received from third parties.
The Senior Planning Officer advised that the
report before the Committee sought approval for the planning
application alongside the related Listed Building Consent.
The application was considered to be policy
compliant and was recommended for approval subject to conditions,
as set out in Paragraph 31 of Report No DEV/FH/18/008.
Councillor David Bowman spoke in support of
the application and moved that it be approved as per the Officer
recommendation. This was duly seconded
by Councillor Brian Harvey and with the vote being unanimous, it
was resolved that
