108.	Apologies for Absence Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Sarah Broughton, Beccy Hopfensperger, Diane Hind, Mary Evans, Margaret Marks and Richard Rout.
109.	Substitutes Minutes: The following substitutions were declared: Councillor Patricia Warby for Councillor Sarah Broughton. Councillor David Nettleton for Councillor Diane Hind.
110.	Public Participation Members of the public who live or work in West Suffolk are invited to put one question or statement of not more than 3 minutes duration relating to items on Part 1 of the agenda only. If a question is asked and answered within 3 minutes the person who asked the question may ask a supplementary question that arises from the reply. A person wishing to speak must register to speak at least 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start. There is an overall time limit of 15 minutes for public speaking which may be extended at the Chairman’s discretion. (Following the informal discussions held with Forest Heath District Council’s Licensing and Regulatory Committee on Item 4 below, Members are reminded that no further debate shall take place. However, Members are requested to formally resolve Item 4 below.) Minutes: This item was considered in the informal joint session with Forest Heath District Council, whereby the Committee heard from one Hackney Carriage drivers.

PDF 28 KB Minutes: Further to the informal joint discussions held prior to the meeting with Forest Heath District Council’s Licensing and Regulatory Committee, the Committee formally considered Report No: LIC/SE/19/002. Councillor David Nettleton moved the recommendation, this was duly seconded by Councillor Patricia Warby and with the vote being unanimous, it was: RESOLVED: That the updated West Suffolk Fare Card, being Option 1, summarised in Appendix C, to Report No: LIC/SE/19/002, be approved.
