Purpose of committee
The Development Control Committee comprises of up to 17 Members and is politically balanced. The Committee deals with matters relating to the administration of the Town and Country Planning Legislation, Listed Building and Conservation Area Legislation, Hazardous Substances Legislation, the Building Act and associated Regulations.
