The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides additional guidance to Core Strategy Policies CS5 (St Edmundsbury Borough Council) and CS9 (Forest Heath District Council) ‘Affordable Housing’ to ensure that applicants and developers have a clear understanding of affordable housing requirements when considering the submission of a planning application. The Cabinet will be asked to recommend to Council approval of this SPD.
