The Cabinet will be asked to consider the recommendations of the Performance and Audit Scrutiny Committee in respect of seeking approval for the West Suffolk Fees and Charges Policy, which has been jointly produced with Forest Heath District Council.

Reason for urgency:
The West Suffolk Fees and Charges Policy is being considered at a joint informal Performance and Audit Scrutiny Committee (PASC) meeting on 26 November 2014 and recommendations from PASC will be considered by both St Edmundsbury Borough and Forest Heath District Councils' Cabinets. As FHDC's Cabinet will be asked to approve the Policy on 9 December 2014, deferral of a decision on the matter by SEBC’s Cabinet at its next scheduled meeting on 10 February 2015 would result in an impractical delay to the implementation of the Policy.
