• Councillor Andrew Smith - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Andrew Smith declared a local non pecuniary interest in this item as he had been party to the appointment of the architect for this application for an unrelated scheme, in a capacity unrelated to the Borough Council. He would therefore remain in the meeting and take part in consideration of the application.
