• Councillor Jo Rayner - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Rayner is employed by West Suffolk Hospital and should the scheme proceed as proposed, the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust were anticipated to be key partners within the Western Way Development. She remained in the meeting during the consideration of this item and therefore took part in the debate and vote.
