• Councillor Andrew Smith - Non Registrable Interest - Councillor Andrew Smith declared a non-pecuniary interest in this item in light of the fact that he was a member of the Parochial Church Council of his Parish Church which came under the St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Diocese as did the application site, he therefore asked that this be noted in the interests of transparency.
• Councillor Mike (Michael) Chester - Non Registrable Interest - Councillor Mike Chester declared a non-pecuniary interest in this item in light of the fact that he was a member of the Parochial Church Council of his Parish Church which came under the St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Diocese as did the application site, he therefore asked that this be noted in the interests of transparency.
