A Business Improvement District (BID) is an arrangement under which plans to improve the trading environment for BID businesses are delivered. Businesses identify projects or services that will add value to their business and agree on how to manage it and how much they are prepared to pay.
The BID is managed by Bury St Edmunds Town Centre Management Company Ltd. This is an independent not for profit company and is answerable to the Board of Directors. The Board will oversee the delivery of projects and work in the best interests of the Town Centre.
