A commercial company limited by shares, for the purpose of delivering Facilities Management Services in West Suffolk and surrounding areas.
The company is wholly-owned by West Suffolk Council and Vertas Ltd (who are in themselves wholly owned by Suffolk County Council) and will provide a revenue income to both Councils.
